We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. You can also pay by mailing us a company check. If you prefer, you can contact us to place your order by phone.
Please note that all registrations must be paid in full in order to attend the Forum.
Return / Refund Policy PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REGISTRATION TRANSFERS: If paying by check, all registration payments must be received no later than the Monday prior to the conference. Unpaid registrations processed at the event will be subject to the full conference registration rate. All registrations must be paid in full in order to attend. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to forum@horowitzassociates.com or faxed to 914-834-5998. Refunds will be processed, minus a 15% handling fee, until three weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be awarded subsequent to that. 2008. Registrations may be transferred to another person; transfers should be sent to forum@horowitzassociates.com or faxed to 914-834-5998 no later than the Friday prior to the event. |
