Howard Horowitz
Howard has been conducting focus groups since 1983, with over 1100 completed groups. As a specialist in the marketing of television, computer, and Internet services to consumers, Howard has played a critical role advising numerous major media companies.

Adriana Waterston (Latina, Spanish, English)
Moderating since 2001, Adriana has a particular expertise with research among Spanish-dominant, bilingual, and English-oriented Latinos, in addition to “general market” consumers. In addition to her focus group experience, Adriana is also well-versed in one-on-one interviewing and conducting intercepts. Originally from Puerto Rico, Adriana is is fluent in English and Spanish.

Nuria Riera (Latina, Spanish, English)
Nuria has been moderating focus groups since 1999. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Nuria is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Mariela Cufre (Latina, Spanish, English)
Mariela has been moderating focus groups since 2009. From Cordoba, Argentina, Mariela is a fully bilingual moderator with particular expertise in the Latino market. Mariela has particular experience with intercepts and one-on-one interviewing, ranging from in-home visits to mall intercepts to festival and park intercepts. Her qualitative research experience includes media and entertainment consumption; subscription television, Internet and telco services; programming/channel evaluation; category assessments/unmet needs; pricing and packaging; advertising effectiveness; marketing communications effectiveness; customer service satisfaction; lifestyles and family dynamics; and brand/corporate image.
